Regarding: Request by property owner to re-plat property into three lots
Dear Hudson resident or property owner:
The owner of 498 Parks Circle asks that the Hudson City Council consider their request to re-plat their property into three parcels.
Approval of their request will allow for up to two residences on each parcel, for a total of six homes.
There will be a public comment period during the October 8th Council meeting in which you may comment on this issue.
