Payment Options

City of Hudson offers a variety of convenient payment options and types of billing for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Please read the following carefully and select the best choice for your needs.

Billing

You can choose to receive your bill electronically by clicking on PAY YOUR BILL NOW, to enroll and receive an e-statement to your email or receive a bill in the mail.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the 10th. Bill is due on receipt and past due after 4 pm on the 10th. All payments not paid by the 10th at 4 pm will receive a late charge on the account.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form ( located under the resident's tab, new resident resources) located below. You may drop it off in person or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, credit card, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that lines are extremely long on the 9th and the 10th. Also, Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy also.

Online Bill Pay

You may pay directly on the website by using a credit card or debit card. Options include e-billing and one-time payment.

E-Billing

To sign up for X-press pay (e-billing) online click on the PAY YOUR BILL NOW button below or to the side of the webpage and sign up.

One-Time Payment

You may pay one month at a time by clicking the One Time Payment Click Here button at the top of this page. Please use the last six digits of your account number, last name, and your street name.

Traffic/Citation Payments:

To pay for traffic tickets, fines or citations please click the button below, or come in person to pay with cash or check.
